Eileen George resigned her District 2 Council seat saying that Councilman Jouvence, "[...] harassed, bullied, and abused me with nasty commentary. This has occurred through social media posts, text messages, voicemails, and even physical confrontations[...]".

"They" are at it again... On August 26,2024, Shawn Fennell, Al DeWitt and Greg Arias accused Pascal of "pulling" a gun on them.

This supposedly happened during a County Commission Meeting in a room packed with Sheriff Deputies.

The (false) outrage

On June 18, 2025 during the ZOCO meeting, I mentioned that I would like the public comments to be published and accessible from the public. I mentioned that "Plan Gallatin" asked for public input but went total opposite from what the public wanted. When I said that, the (now retired) previous City Planner got heard saying "that's not true".

The Paige Brown (false) Boundaries of Free Speech

On September 2, 2025, Mayor Paige Brown tried to silence the voice of the people who elected me by refusing to let me do the job I was elected to do by refusing to allow me to use the screen to show a picture of a map related to a voting agenda item.. After years of constantly interrupting me, ridicule and mocking me, trying to bully me into silence, she crossed a line forcing me to take legal action to protect the rights of my constituents.
