A Vision for Gallatin’s Future
We all love Gallatin, but uncontrolled growth is threatening the very things that draw us here. We see it in our traffic and our classrooms, and we feel it in the loss of our open spaces. I believe we can grow without losing our soul. It is time to move away from a "growth at any cost" mentality and return to a strategy that protects our historical landmarks and natural beauty. I have seen the toll that rapid, high-density development takes on a community, and I will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that the needs of our current neighbors come before the interests of developers.
