When speaking with Councilman Overton regarding the new Publix development going on at Hwy 109 & S. Water Ave, I was told that it was going to be positive. All this change and growth in Gallatin is flooding the market with new homes. I am honestly sorry that I ever moved my family to Sumner Co/ Gallatin. I’ll be voting for you Pascal, hands down.
