I also wonder if the bank that Coucilman Overton works for provided they financing for many of these “projects” for development?
When speaking with Councilman Overton regarding the new Publix development going on at Hwy 109 & S. Water Ave, I was told that it was going to be positive. All this change and growth in Gallatin is flooding the market with new homes. I am honestly sorry that I ever moved my family to Sumner Co/ Gallatin. I’ll be voting for you Pascal, hands down.
